Noida, August 7, 2018: KritiKal Solutions–a leading Product Engineering and Technology Consulting Company, recently celebrated 16 Years in Business on 3rd August at the Fortune Inn Grazia, Noida.
Having started out from the Incubation Centre at IIT Delhi in 2002, with a mission to “Innovate to Advance the World”, KritiKal has now established a strong presence in Delhi (NCR) and has recently expanded its footprint to Bengaluru, the Technology Hub of South India. The organization today is armed with over 150 of the Brightest Minds, has 50+ IPs & Products to its name, having delivered 300+ Projects for more than 250 Clients across the World.
The evening gala was an illustrious event where members of the KritiKal Family came together to celebrate the 16 Amazing Years of Innovation. Honouring the event with his presence, was Chief Guest, Mr. Yogesh Andlay, (M.D., Nucleus Software Engineers Pvt. Ltd. & Director, KritiKal Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) who spoke about KritiKal’s success & perseverance throughout the 16 Year Journey.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Dipinder Sekhon, CEO at KritiKal Solutions said that “we’re now in the acceleration phase of the BIG Leap Plan which we kicked off in 2016 aiming at scaling up to 100 Cr Topline by 2019. Looking back on our journey, there have been successes & there have been hurdles which we overcame by staying strong & determined towards constant innovation and brought about an upswing in the charts. There is no looking back after this, as we consolidate our strengths and gather momentum to scale further up the value chain, with our Innovation Ecosystem & greater Investment in Products & IPs. Our iterative focus will be towards building our Sales Engine, Technical Capacity & increasing Efficiency & Productivity.
Taking the evening forward, Mr. Nishant Sharma, CTO, KritiKal Solutions talked about the Projects that had been accomplished successfully at our R&D facility. He went on to invite Dr. Aditi, Lead Software Engineer at KritiKal Solutions to shed light on these significant Projects such as the Refreshable Braille Display (Assistive Technology), AI-based Flock Detection (Agro-Tech), Cam-based Stock Monitoring System, Face Recognition System, Control Unit for 2-wheelers, etc. For Real-Time Exposure, these Demos were also showcased by the respective teams at the event.
One could feel the excitement in the air as the Awards Section of the evening began. Members from the KritiKal Team were awarded for their exemplary efforts & Contributions towards the growth of the organization as well as for fun aspects such as Excellence in Comedy, Thinking outside the Box, and more. The Segment started with the “Prayaas” Awards for exemplary efforts in one’s role, moving on to the “Kriti Ratna” awards, to honour individuals who exceeded expectations all roles and gone the extra mile for the Organization. A Key Segment of the evening was when the “Pillars of KritiKal” were honoured for their tireless years of Service to the Company. These awards are presented to members who have contributed to KritiKal’s growth for 5, 10, 15 Years and more. Recognizing high performance with the “Sales Champion” Award & the “Best Team” Award, we moved on to the most awaited Award of the Year, our highest accolade – The “Sarvottam Kriti” for Outstanding Performance & Delivering above and beyond expectations. This was, to the audience’s excitement, followed by a Special “Leadership Award” which was conferred upon Ms. Prachi Kalra, Business Head (South India), for her sheer brilliance in Service as she completed 10 Years with KritiKal Solutions.
In her speech, she said that “It is overwhelmingly inspiring, and I need to go a long way to really live up to it. It feels likes winning an Oscar. It is the unflinching and sustained support provided to me by Family and KritiKal for the last 10 years that has made me really see and achieve things I never thought I could. It has been a great journey and I am fortunate to have the best of people around me. I am thankful to my team for believing in me.”
The event was mix-matched with a lot of interesting cultural activities, ranging from singing, Stand-up Comedy to Fun, Games & a Glamorous Ramp-Walk and Question-Answer Round, to crown Mr. & Ms. KritiKal (The Best Dressed of the evening).
The same day, the KritiKal Bangalore team was also on full-swing celebration mode. Ms. Prachi led the activities with interesting Games and Fun surprises. She appreciated the employees and recognized them for their hard work & efforts.
Concluding the festivities for the day and marking the completion of Sweet 16 Years in Business, KritiKal Team cut the cake all together. Employees participated in a round of demos along with High-Tea, as the function encapsulated the spirit of delights, hopes, and aspirations to make the coming years even more promising and productive.
